  • Why do I need a Notary?

    Everyone needs a notary! A notary performs a variety of duties such as administering oaths, ensuring the signer is willing, certifying non recordable documents, and more. 

  • What is a Notary?

    Officiant of the State serving the public in non-contenscious signing of a document and act as an impartial witness to deter fraud. 

  • What is a Mobile Notary?

    A Notary Public who meets with or travels to clients performing a notary service.

  • What do I need for a Notarization?

    • Bring the document(s) requiring notariazation. 
    • Non expired identifiction (State Driver's License, nondriver ID, U.S. Passport, U.S. Military ID or permanent resident card) for any person who is signing the document.  

  • What forms of identification are accepted for a notarization?

    Identification is subject to state law. 


    • Texas notaries can use valid, non-expired identification such as State driver license, or official non-driver’s identification, U.S. passport, or U.S. military ID, resident alien ID (green card issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services). 
    • You may also verify identity by using a credible witness that is sworn in by the notary. Notaries can use personal knowledge of the signer, if they have one. 
    • Other forms of ID may be accepted. 

  • What is a Loan Signing?

    A scheduled real estate transaction guided by a signing agent to review and notarize loan documents.

  • What is a Signing Agent?

    A certified agent trained in loan closings preventing legal issues such as fraud.

  • Why do I need a Signing Agent?

    To act as an impartial party to your financial transaction and conduct a knowledgeable and swift loan closing.

  • What can I expect in a Loan Signing?

    With GO GO Notary, you will have a signing agent curtailed to the type of closing you request. Our agents are trained as experts in loan documents of all types, resulting in a closing that is proficient and secured with care.  

  • What do I need for a Loan Signing?

    • Two forms of non expired identification for any person(s) who is signing the document(s).
    • Any special instructions received by lender or title company.

  • What Services do you offer?

    Notarial and Loan Signing services.

  • How do you assign a Notary to an appointment?

    We hand select our notaries and signing agents using a thorough vetting process, which allows us to coordinate the notary to fit your request.

  • What areas do you Service?

    We are currently servicing the greater San Antonio area and surrounding counties.

  • What are your business hours?

    0600-2200, after hours availability with advance notice and scheduling. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Issued on a case by case basis.

  • What are the fees associated with a Service Request?

    • Services for general notarizations starting at $10. 
    • Services for Loan Signings starting at $100. 

    Travel fees may apply.
